Request account closure

Existing customers who no longer require use of the world:link service, may request account closure by completing the form below. Alternatively, you may also call the world:link customer service center on 03-3239-3251.

Please note that world:link bills monthly and you will receive your final bill the month following your account closure. Please ensure that your credit card is valid and your contact details are up to date over this period. After final payment is confirmed, your account will be closed and you will be notified by email.
